If you have received broken, incorrect or non-functional products, call us at +9144486546895 / 96 or mail us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery of those items. We will get back to you at the earliest and may ask you to share photos of the damaged/wrong item(s). Upon confirmation, we will get the item picked from your address. If return facility is not available at your location, we may ask you to courier the item to us. Once the product has been received and inspected by us, replacement shall be dispatched to you once the damage is identified.
Please note that the damaged/ incorrect items have to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2) All items to be shipped have to pass rigorous quality tests in our warehouse. If our dispatch team finds that a particular item is not fit to be shipped and the replacement is not available in the market, we may cancel your order.
3) Your delivery location is in a un-serviceable area.
In case of return of products, a reverse pick-up shall be arranged from your registered address with our designated courier service. Reverse pick-up will not be charged.
However, if the pick-up facility is not available in your area or can’t able to arrange on your location, we would request you to courier the item to us. In such cases, the courier amount will be bourne by the customer.
Once the refund is confirmed by Team moviru, the payment will be made to you through moviru reward points or the original mode of payment.
